Childhood Cancer Support Annual Appeal 2010
Childhood Cancer Support (CCS) will be conducting an ANNUAL APPEAL from April 26th - May 2nd. Funds raised will allow us to continue providing accommodation, emotional and financial support at no cost to the families of children with cancer across Queensland and further afield. CCS receives no direct government funding and relies on its fundraising activities and the generosity of the community in order to continue providing its diverse range of services and programs for families after 35 years of service.
How can YOU help?

When? Monday April 26th - Sunday May 2nd
Where? This is a state-wide appeal, we will be supporting collections anywhere that willing hands are available. Brisbane CBD collections will be based in the city between 7:30am and 9:30am Monday to Friday
How? We need people to volunteer their time as collectors on the city streets, at shopping centres and at major events. We will supply you with official collector permission and ID, an appeal T-Shirt, collection buckets and info about CCS. Grab a mate, set a date and register! It's that easy!
If you are time poor or unable but still wish to make a contribution please donate online.
Why? Many of us are blessed with lives that are without burden, sickness and fear but there is a point in all of our lives when help is needed. You can assist those in this darkest time of need by giving just a few hours of your time this April/May. You can make a massive difference to the lives of the many families who rely on our support to get them through this most difficult of times.
